When can I expect to receive my jewelry?
Since some items are made to order, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. If you need your order by a certain date, please email us at info@bamboovi.com and we'll see what we can do! Because all of our products are hand crafted and many are made-to-order, shipping times given in the product descriptions are estimates. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box since some items are custom-made and may require extra care and time.
How will my jewelry be shipped?
All of our orders are sent either USPS Priority Mail ($10 regardless of volume) or USPS Express Mail ($20 regardless of volume) and is your choice at the time of checkout.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase at Bamboo Studio. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of the item. Are your products eco-friendly?
We want you to know that all precious metals at Bamboo Studio are recycled, which means we DO NOT buy metals from mining companies. We don’t believe in it and, as jeweler/designers, we just don’t have to. We feel GREAT about that and you can too! In the jewelry industry where all of our products come from the Earth, Bamboo Studio firmly believes that recycling metals is the most important step we can take in protecting our environment.
