When will my order ship?

Please allow 5–7 days before your order ships. Shipping transit time is additional. This is the time needed to prepare your order, not an estimated arrival date.

Shipping options

Choose USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail at checkout. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to request a return

Submit the return authorization (RMA) form on our FAQs page within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. We will review your request and, upon approval, provide an RMA number and detailed return instructions. Please allow up to three business days for a response.

• Personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Sale items are final and not returnable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Gifts may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
