All of our orders are sent either USPS Priority Mail ($18 regardless of volume) or USPS Express Mail ($36 regardless of volume) and is your choice at the time of checkout.

Because our jewelry is 100% made on St. John, we are certified duty free by US Customs and Border Protection. Bamboo Studio clears every item at the local customs office before shipment so you will never need to worry about this fee.

We want you to know that all precious metals at Bamboo Studio are recycled, which means we DO NOT buy metals from mining companies. We don’t believe in it and, as jeweler/designers, we just don’t have to. We feel GREAT about that and you can too! In the jewelry industry where all of our products come from the Earth, Bamboo Studio firmly believes that recycling metals is the most important step we can take in protecting our environment. We hope you agree.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase at Bamboo Studio. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for an exchange or refund. To initiate a return or exchange, please submit the below RMA form within 7 days of an in-person purchase, or within 14 days of receiving an online order. We will review your request and, upon approval, provide you with an RMA number and detailed return instructions. Please allow up to three business days for us to respond.
